At DigiDrip, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We aim to deliver high-quality tech products with care and precision. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

✅ Returns – When Are They Accepted?

We accept returns only in the case of damaged or defective products.

To qualify for a return:
• The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
• You must share an unboxing video and clear images showing the damage
• The product must be unused, in its original packaging

Non-Returnable Situations:

We do not accept returns under the following circumstances:
• Product delivered in good condition, as described
• Change of mind after receiving the order
• Product has been used or physically damaged after delivery

💰 Refunds:

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund:
Prepaid orders will be refunded to the original payment method.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the return is received and inspected.
